Staff

One thing that differentiates one organization from another is the people who work and reside there. The people set the tone, the atmosphere and the expectations.

Rosedale Green employs a team of highly qualified medical professionals, including a Medical Director, registered nurses, certified wound care specialist, dietitian, recreational therapist, state-tested certified nursing assistants, physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists. Our on-site rehab, dining services, social work and life enrichment departments provide personalized and compassionate care to each individual. From the moment you walk through the front door, the warmth and caring of the staff will gain your trust and confidence as they strive to exceed your expectations.

Becky Wallace

Director of Dining Services

Becky has been part of the Rosedale Green family for over 36 years. While her father was the Director of Finance at Rosedale she decided to pick up part-time work in the dish room while waiting to enroll in cosmetology school.  Originally Becky thought she wanted to follow in her mother’s footsteps and own her business as a hair dresser.  By the time there was an opening at the cosmetology school, Becky had become ingrained in the Rosedale culture and couldn’t imagine working anywhere else.  Becky returned to college to pursue the nutrition profession, with total support both financially and emotionally from Rosedale.    Becky feels blessed to work with loyal and dedicated staff and a management team that continually strives to enrich the lives of the residents we serve on a daily basis.

St. Joseph as a Certified Recreational Therapist.  Julie is committed to enriching the lives of the individuals we serve.  Once when planning a family vacation, she informed her husband that they were taking a detour to Nashville.   This was to fulfill a resident’s dream of being on stage at the Grand Old Opry.  Julie is constantly asking “why not” when a resident indicates they want to try something, like go camping at General Butler State Park or take a motorcycle ride for the first time.  Julie is a member of the American Therapeutic Recreation Association and mentors students from Gateway Community College, University of Cincinnati, and Northern Kentucky University.
