Emerald Trace on Turkeyfoot is a next-generation option for memory care, rehabilitation and long-term care that puts the personal independence of residents first. We are affiliated with Rosedale Green, Northern Kentucky’s not-for-profit care leader a community that, for decades, has built a reputation for ethics and compassion in the delivery of progressive, customized, person-centered care.
Emerald Trace will advance these same values of honor, respect, dignity and community, and bring them into a 21st century household setting. Working side-by-side with Action Pact, a Manhattan, KS based company that pioneered the senior living Household design concept, Emerald Trace transforms the conventional “nursing home” setting from institutional into a warm, nurturing home using a more self-directed approach to care.
Our Households.
Emerald Trace will have four distinct households, each beautifully furnished to create the essence of home — an open family room, kitchen, formal dining room, den and sunroom. Within this setting, residents have their own private apartments. This atmosphere engenders a feeling of life at home among friends and family. And because homemakers and caregiver teams are permanently assigned to each Household, they come to know the individual preferences of each resident in a very personal way. There will be dedicated Households for memory care, short-term rehabilitation and long-term nursing care.
